Air Drying Film

Leaves a completely black (MoS2) dry & hard lm. Great lubrication for dusty conditions. Also used as a protective coating resistant to nearly all alkalie and acids. Stable as lubricating lm at temperatures of -180ºC to 350ºC.

Engineering Marking Blue

Clear dark blue marking dye. Use as a lay-out ink used for coating onto metal surfaces and then precision scribing on the dried surface with a sharp point. It can also be used for locating high spots on bearings and other nished metal surfaces.

Fine synthetic graphite powder. 75 micron particle size. Used as Solid
lubricant, Added as a solid lubricant in graphite greases, raw material
for manufacture of disc brake pads and clutch facings, in mould release

Molybdenum Disulphide Powder

Use as dry lubrication of mechanisms and precision instruments, in
cases where the use of conventional lubricants is undesirable, due to the
agglomeration of dust and other abrasive matter which will impede proper
operation. It is also used as an additive in the manufacture of self-lubricating long-life parts manufactured from plastic materials such as nylons, te ons, rubbers, plastics, packing & etc.

Available in 2 grade:
M3 - 0.75 micron particle size.
M4 - 0.45 micron particle size.

Mould Protector

A light coloured, waxy, corrosion protector for moulds, dies and machine tools. The protective film does not need to be removed before re-use. Displaces and repels water. A lubricant that actually cleans while lubricating. It leaves behind a protective shield lubricant that will not attract dust. The dry coating provides a low coefficient of friction which gives excellent lubrication and
release properties. Can be used on wood, paper, glass, rubber, fabric, leather, vinyl, metal and most plastics not under stress. It has excellent thermal and chemical stability, forming a natural insulating barrier when
used on electronics.
