Soluble Cutting Oil

Water emulsi able general purpose cutting oil with anti-rust, anti-corrosion additives. The emulsion of this oil has an excellent cooling and superior wetting capacity. It is nitrite, chlorine, phenol free. Recommended for general light to moderate machining and grinding operations. It has been forti ed with biocide additives to control bacterial degradation.

Maxsyn L7/6X

A triazine free high oil content inherently stable soluble cutting fluid, which produces a milky to semi-translucent emulsion when mixed with water. Maxsyn L7/6X contains extreme pressure
additives to provide superior performance on more difficult operations. Recoomended for use in Sawing, turning, milling, drilling and threading. General purpose surface, cylindrical and
centreless grinding.

Syncut 300

A Non-phenolic, low odour, nitrate free, low foaming semi synthetic cutting uid. It highly resistant to bacterial and fungal degradation, giving freedom from bad smells and slimy deposits. Good inhibition against corrosion of a wide range of ferrous metals giving protection to both and machined parts. Inhibited against staining of various non-ferrous metals including copper and its alloys, also aluminium and its alloys.

N Cut EP (Neat Cutting Oil - Extreme Pressure)

Specially formulated neat cutting oils incorporated with anti-rust and EP additives. These oils exhibit fast wetting of metal surfaces and rapid draining from machining swarf properties. Suitable for broaching, threading of high tensile and tough materials such as nickel alloys, aluminum alloys and copper alloys, etc.

Electro-Discharging Machining Oils

Specially processed hydrocarbon, low viscosity and high ash point, thereby ensuring very low level of fume, high operational safety and economy in usage. It is completely safe for skin contact. Stamping Oil / Punching Oil

A low viscosity, low odour and solvent based neat stamping/ punching and forming oil. that is suitable for operation of thin sheet metals, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc-coated steel, etc. It contains lubricity and EP to reduce die wear and enchance
die life. Suitable for moderate to relatively severe metalworking operation, sunch as hole- anging, stamping, punching, tapping, shallow drawing, light press work, roll forming & etc.

Quenching Oil
