Silicone-1001 Universal

An universal, ready to use durable elastic sealant based on polysiloxanes with an excellent adhesion to many surfaces without the use of a primer. Mildew resistant according to ISO 846 A and B. Good UV, water, moisture, colour and weather resistance. As a top sealant in glazing systems. Sealing of sanitary joints, connection joints around window and door frames, seams and chinks in cars, caravans, boats.

Gasket Sealant Red

An acid curing, durable elastic sealant, based on polysiloxanes with a very good temperature resistance up to 300EC, easy to apply, with good adhesion. Good UV, water, moisture, colour and weather resistance. Fast curing. Conforms to many international specifications. As a high temperature resistant sealant in many constructions like internal partitions, heaters, machinery, engines etc. Replaces conventional gaskets in machines and motor parts.

Acryl Exterieur+

A highly qualified one component acrylic sealant based on emulsion. Unlike normal acrylic sealants, Zwaluw Acryl Exterieur+ is rain resistant immediately after application. The product is almost odourless and not corrosive when used on metals. The product forms a water tight plastic elastic rubber after curing. Frost resistant during transport down to -15°C/+5°F. Conforms to the French SNJF standard. For sealing of expansion joints that require movement up to approx. 12½% in buildings between wooden and metal window frames and concrete and brickwork. For both interior and exterior use. Because the sealant is rain resistant there are no limitations for application under diverge weather circumstances.

Acryl-1001 U

A plastic elastic sealant based on acryl emulsion for interior and exterior use with a very good adhesion to many materials, even on damp surfaces without the use of a primer. Good paintable with suitable alkydresin and emulsion paints. Frost resistant during transport down to -15°C. Not corrosive when used on metals. Water tight after curing. For sealing cracks, chinks, seams and connection joints that have a maximum 7½% joint movement. Not suitable for joints exposed to continuous water immersion or joints which are totally closed.

Silicryl-WT

A plastic elastic sealant based on acrylic emulsion, in a translucent colour (after curing), with excellent adhesion on porous surfaces and painted wood (without primer), even on damp surfaces. Paintable with alkydresin and emulsion paints. Sensitive to water after curing.

For sealing joints, interior and exterior, in gaps, seams and cracks in walls and wooden surfaces which have a maximum of 12% joint movement

Pyropol (Fire retardent Sealant)

A high quality elastic, fire retardant sealant based on polysiloxanes with good fire retardant capabilities and a wide adherence spectrum. Conforms to the standards BS 476 part 22 (England) and CSTB nr. 9335163 (France) and NEN 6069-191 (the Netherlands). Specially formulated for sealing joints that in case of fire must have the possibility to stop the spread of fire, water, smoke or toxic gasses.
