Hernon UV Curng Adhesive

Ultraviolet Cure Grades, Ultrabond Adhesives. Ultraviolet light triggers the cure mechanism of Ultrabond Well suited for electronics bonding, tacking, potting and encapsulation operations. The adhesives deliver superior bond strength, excellent gap filling ability, and cure-on-demand production latitude. Parts must permit transmission of UV light. Bonds provide high light transmittance and a refractive index similar to glass. Long and short wave UV formulations are available.

Ultrabond 774 (Potting & Tacking Cures Optically Clear). It cures with great optical clarity. Gaps approach 0.250 inch. It provides excellent resistance to humidity and moisture. The 
cured bond is resistant to discoloring over long periods of time.   

Application: Glass, Metals, Thermoplastics, Ceramics.

Ultrabond 738 ( High Temperature, Low viscosity, Shallow potting). A fast fixturing, general purpose, shallow potting compound with gap filling capabilities to 0.100 inch. In assembly line applications the low viscosity promotes rapid self-leveling and excellent penetration.
