Spanjaard Air Drying Film (ADF)


Available in aerosol and bulk packs. Leaves a completely dry, hard film which oven cures at 250ºC in 60 minutes or at ambient temperatures in 24 hours. For dry lubrication in dusty conditions. Also used as a protective coating resistant to nearly all alkali and acids (including concentrated Nitric acid).

 

Spanjaard Anti-Mist


An Anti-condensation spray. Prevents condensation and misting up car windows, mirrors, spectacles, crash helmets, diving mask, goggles, welding visors, tractor cabs, gantry cranes and dragline cages.

 

Spanjaard Battery Terminal Protector


An anti-corrosion film which dries completely after application, effectively preventing corrosion and dirt build-up. Ensure a strong and continuos connection. Spray entire battery and surrounding area for prolonged battery life. Use instead of grease. Available in aerosol only. Manufactured in 3 colours - red, blue and clear.

 

Spanjaard Clear Drying Film (CDF)


Available in aerosol only.
PTFE-based non-toxic dry lubricating film. Can be used in food industry. For general application as a low load carrying dry lubricant.

 

Spanjaard Cold Zinc Galvanizing Spray


Deposits a flexible, hard, 95% zinc coating used for the protection of steel surfaces. Especially useful in cases where the galvanized coating on steel has been distributed due to welding drilling, etc

 

Spanjaard Electric Insulating Varnish


Available in aerosol only. Color : red.
Used for restoring the insulation of electric armature windings. an excellent electrical maintenance product.

 

Spanjaard Engineering Marking Blue


Available in aerosol and 5 litter. A water resistant distinct blue colour spray used in engineering workshops for marking all types of metals and other materials.

 

Form Oil

A concentrated mould oil suitable for use with wooded as well as steel moulds as release agent for concrete and brick. The basic function of Form Oil is to prevent the adhesion of wet brick or concrete to the mould and thus facilitate the removal of the brick or concrete from its mould as the brick or te concrete is easily removed, thus its surface will be maintained. Form Oil will not affect the curing of the brick or concrete and thus will not affect its strength.
