A High dilution, semi synthetic soluble cutting oil. SYNCUT 300 is an advanced semi synthetic cutting fluid/ coolant which exhibits the following characteristics: (1) Forms a translucent micro emulsion is most waters. (2) Highly resistant to bacterial and fungal degradation, giving freedom from bad smells and slimy deposits. (3) Good inhibition against corrosion of a wide range of ferrous metals giving protection to both and machined parts. Also good resistance to contact corrosion, so work piece may be stacked without staining. (4) Inhibited against staining of various non-ferrous metals including copper and its alloys, also aluminium and its alloys.
